We carry a wide range of hearth style breads, from Italian to brioche, ciabatta bread, rye, wheat, burger buns and rolls to serve the needs of all forms of customers; wholesale, retail, restaurant and hotel clientele.

Our recipes and methods of bread making are geared to a homemade type bread based on many of the same handwritten formulas used by generations past. Today we manufacture with high speed mixers, baked in firebrick tunnel ovens and cool in a spiral cooling system that leads into an automated packing system. This combination of hands on baking combined with technology results in a homemade style product where each loaf or bun has its own characteristics of being handmade.

Bread Descriptions

French
30” hearth baked French bread. Ideal for sandwiches.

Baguette 24”
Baguettes are available in several varieties, with or without sesame seeds.

Italian Bread
Traditional Italian style bread, hard crust, with or without seeds.

Large Oval
A large oval style bread ideal for specialty sandwiches that have generous portions.

Small Oval
A more traditional style loaf with an old world look.

Pullman
Restaurant style square sliced bread. Available in white, wheat, rye, pumpernickel and egg.

Kaiser
4”, 4.5” & 5” Kaiser rolls available in onion, sesame or popular poppy seed versions.

Burger Buns
Our most popular standard style 4” Burger Bun or the ultimate burger, our 5” variety, both available in sesame, onion, poppy or plain.

Hot Dog
Hot Dog buns available in large 7” or small 6” lengths.

Hoagie
Hoagie Rolls come in 7”, our most popular size, 6”, 9”, or 12” lengths.

Dollar
Our smallest buns available in wheat, rye, pumpernickel, egg and white.

Dinner
A perfect bun for a light sandwich, banquets, weddings, ect.

Vienna Buns
Vienna Buns are oblong shaped buns to add a touch of uniqueness to a roll. Available in white, egg, onion, sour, and wheat doughs.

Croissants
We offer larger sandwich size Croissants or small breakfast size Croissants.

Party Footers
Party Footers in 2 ft., 3 ft., 4 ft., 5 ft., and 6 ft. sizes.

Muffaletta
Muffaletta are a round bun covered in sesame seeds, in 5” and 8” sizes.

Round
Large round loaves suitable for dips or carved out and filled with soups, chili, ect.

Panina
A small demi-loaf ideal for table bread. Available in herb and garlic, wheat or white.

Banquet Rolls
77 buns per sheet. Made from an egg dough.

Egg Onion Cluster
An egg and onion dough served as a square loaf and pulled apart. Four buns per loaf.
